PRICING & CANCELLATION POLICY

We charge a very reasonable rate starting from $375.00 per night (varies according to season) and require receipt of $500.00 for reservation confirmation. The Condo is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath -with Queen Sofa Bed in Living Room - Maximum Occupancy is 5 persons. We accept Personal Checks and Credit Cards. (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express accepted through Pay Pal.)

Full Rental Payment due 90 days prior to arrival.

Taxes of 13.42% applies. Hawaii Tax ID # W40843204-01

Cancellations must be received not less than 90 days prior to check in to receive full refund.

Peak Season may have a minimum stay requirement.
