Maui4-0.com is a family-owned partnership formed by the Watson Stanley family to independently own and operate unit 4-1101 on the 11'th floor of the Kaanapali Alii Resort. Mr. Stanley, who founded a Fastener Distributing company, Stanley Industries, Inc. in Clawson, Michigan, purchased his first Maui property in 1975. Since then, he has upgraded his holdings to the current condo property at the Kaanapali Alii Resort.

Classic Resorts, a multi-dimensional resort management company, manages the Kaanapali Alii complex, as well as several other resort complexes in Aspen, Colorado, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and the Lahaina Beach Resort in Maui. Our condo features over 1500 square feet of newly remodeled, smoke free living space, including two bedrooms with LCD Tv's, two full bathrooms, laundry room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a living room complete with LCD TV and DVD. The �Lanai� (balcony) offers panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, the Royal Kaanapali Golf Course and West Maui Mountains. We recently replaced the King bed in the Master Bedroom and the Queen bed in the Guest bedroom and they were both outfitted with protective encasement for your protection.

The Kaanapali Alii pool area was totally updated in late 2009. Along with the pool, a new state of the art Fitness Center was constructed. Look in the Photo Gallery for updated pictures of the pool and Fitness Center. Internet and WiFi is now free to guests.
